Ha risposto subito alla prima mail, ma dalla seconda mail con la quale richiedevo informazioni specifiche non ho mai avuto risposta anche avendo sollecitato una risposta 3-4 volte. Dispotiche mi ha scritto di aver opzionato l’auto ad altro acquirente ma non ha comunque mai risposto alle mie richieste di informazioni più dettagliate sul mezzo che a mio parere anche se opzionata da altri sia buona maniera rispondere. L’educazione è sinonimo di serietà.

The prospective buyer was interested in the vehicle after it had already been reserved for a well known customer. For this reason, his detailed questions about the vehicle remained unanswered, which he apparently could not understand and led him to this negative evaluation. Too bad. Il venditore ha risposto alle mie domande con molta precisione e gentilezza, mi ha fornito tutti i dati della Ferrari da me richiesti, grande disponibilità. Ora sto facendo le mie valutazioni per un eventuale trattativa raggiungendo la loro sede in Germania. Ottimo venditore!

Extrem schnelle Reaktion, sehr flexibel bei Vereinbarung des Besichtigungstermins, sehr freundlich !BIS! ich meine Kaufbedingungen mitteilte. Ab diesem Zeitpunkt KEINE weitere Reaktion. In der Anzeige fehlten ein paar gravierende Angaben im Bezug auf die durchgeführten Inspektionen.
