BMW R 1250 RT

Whether solo or in pairs, no matter how far: On every journey, the BMW R 1250 RT shows why many consider it to be the classic touring motorcycle par excellence. Comfort, functionality and wind and weather protection for rider and passenger are first class. Electric windscreen, a cockpit with 10.25" TFT display, connectivity and integrated map navigation, luggage, luggage rack and heated grips are standard. Full-LED headlights with integrated light icons provide visibility and can be seen – in stubborn cases the double-tone fanfare provides a warning sound. The powerful boxer engine with 1,254 CCM and variable valve control BMW ShiftCam delivers 100 kW (136hp) and develops a maximum torque of 143 Nm with the full integral BMW Motorrad ABS Pro keeping them in check. The modern suspension with BMW Telelever at the front and BMW Paralever at the rear is as comfortable as it is active and therefore perfect for touring. The rider has three riding modes (ECO, RAIN and ROAD), ASC stability control, DTC and HSC Hill Start Control at their disposal. DCC, the cruise control with brake function, makes long stretches even more effortless. Four “favorites” buttons make operation easier.
